Package Itinerary

Bulgarian lands were inhabited for a very long time. Many peoples and tribes lived here and all leaved traces of their life in these lands. In Bulgarian lands, the practice to lay precious metals in graves is older by three millennia than this was practiced in the times of the Trojan War. The earliest, from the end of the 5th millennium BC, are the gold findings at the village of Hotnitsa, the Varna, and Dourankoulak necropolises.

This tour will reveal for you the beauty and uniqueness of the Thracian Golden Treasures that were found in different periods and places in the Valley of the Thracian Kings. The lands of Bulgaria were part of the Roman Empire and a lot of Roman remains can be found in the main cities of Bulgaria. The Romans built a lot of baths as in these lands there are plenty of mineral springs with curative effects of their water.
